Lance has been in the fenestration industry for over 32 years. Prior to becoming the general manager at Kolbe Gallery Twin Cities, he worked in several management roles for Kolbe Windows & Doors, including market intelligence manager, market and product manager, market analyst, and manufacturing plant manager. Lance’s dedication, knowledge, attention to detail, and years of experience allow him to offer great insight and forethought to any type of project. In his spare time, Lance enjoys camping, fishing and hunting.

Jeff’s relationship with Kolbe products dates back to 1998 when he sold window and door packages through a very successful Kolbe distributor in the Twin Cities. Jeff’s background in engineering, sales, and construction makes him the ideal person to work with the customer to achieve the look they want in their home or business. Kolbe Gallery Twin Cities is very fortunate to have Jeff on their team. Jeff is a local musician that also spends time hunting, fishing, walking, and gardening.

Emily Neubarth has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry including 10 years of experience in fenestration. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design and Construction Management. Her experience has primarily focused on luxury and high-end residential projects. Emily’s passion, knowledge, attention to detail, and problem-solving allows her to be a valuable asset to architects, builders and homeowners. Emily lives on a hobby farm with her husband and three children. In her spare time, she loves traveling, going to concerts, and spending time at the lake with her family and friends.

Tom Kolkmeier has been immersed in the window industry for 30 years. He has covered territories including the Midwest Mountain states and from Texas to Minnesota, Wisconsin, and the Dakotas.  His focus has been on making sure the right window and best window features are used. He notices the details that might otherwise be overlooked.  Tom’s clients are always pleased to work with someone who is as passionate about the result as they are. He focuses his efforts on bringing clients the latest in window technology to drive smart design, and maximum performance and durability.  Tom’s goals match Kolbe’s goals of providing the best mixture of value, performance, quality, durability, and aesthetics.  His clients expect and receive superior experience on their projects.

Matt has been in the construction industry for over 30 years, working from the remodeling to new construction markets. The last 17 years have been focused on window and door products. He’s involved with many aspects including sales, service, installation, and project management. Matt uses all the experience to provide superior customer service when working with his customers in the field.
